Pothole forming and transverse cracking on what appears to be the bridge deck joint, just after the M6 j11 South entry slip. On Cannock Road Laney Green roundabout. If I'm not mistaken it is your responsibility as the structure is yours and everything else is the responsibility of Staffordshire County Council.
