M62 J9 WB "Queue on Slip Road" speed signs after junction.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3789454.

When there is a queue on M62 West Junction 9 exit slip, the speed signs come on after the junction for some reason which seems ridiculous given it doesn't affect there. 1 gantry comes on with 60 on it literally at the exit, then the 40mph sign is always the next gantry after the ENTRY slip, which seems pointless, surely the signs lit up should be before the queuing junction, not after it.
