Boundy fence down potential livestock escape

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3789029.

Post and rail boundary fencing is down for a 30foot stretch just under to surveillance camera of "Devon dip" looks as though brambles have pulled it down and posts rotten. cattle have been in field and could have escaped.
