Potholes coastbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3784284.

2 holes coastbound in middle of inside lane at but not on slip road. Reported again as todate you have ignored my report from 1 month ago. Dangerous, needs urgent attention, your regular inspections have failed to locate and fix this (again) or your inspectors need to go to specsavers. What does it take for HE to do proper repairs, timeously, and preferably ones that will not require another fix in a few months?
