Blocked road drains

Three road drains are blocked outside my house causing flooding on my property and in my house. Dynorod have confirmed problem caused by 3 road drains on A35 which have been marked with red cable tie for last two years. This is presumably to remind National Highways that they need unblocking. This issue is urgent!

  • Good luck with that. You’ve more chance of winning the lottery than getting national highways to bring their one and only drain sucker out of retirement. Ever seen the drain in the central reservation on the M25? Every single one is chock full to the top, hence whenever we get heavy rain the two outside lanes flood. National highways have no sense of the words REGULAR MAINTENANCE.
