Water coming of overbridge causing sudden loss of vision on M25 clockwise

During heavy rainfall this morning, significant water was coming off the overbridge, believe that it was the final overbridge when driving on the clockwise carriageway, resulting in sudden loss of vision on the M25 and braking of traffic. It was like a bucket of water was thrown over the car suddenly and with force. Suspect a drain or otherwise is blocked on the overbridge.
