Nuisance noise

The noise on London Road due to the A12 road closures is absolutely horrific. Drivers have no respect for the noise their vehicles make, including shouting out of vehicles, beeping horns and loud music. Vehicles drive on the road with no respect to the 30mph speed limit and accelerate at excessively. There is no way you can subject residents, who live peacefully on their properties, to this for so long. I look forward to your response.
