Bump/ridge on slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3773845.

A large bump/ridge across the whole slip road makes cars jump as they go over it because it’s on a bend, on the slip road joining the M4. In the wet this likely to be more dangerous.
