Lighting in the cycle/ pedestrian subway between lenton labe and the park and ride is not working duri g the day. It was recebtly been repaced. Before replacement it wirkeddurung the day providing effective illumination for safe use by both pedestriabs abd cyclists. The lack of lighting during daytime is unsafe.

There is excessive graffiti all on the subways under the bridges etc,
