  • Thank you for your report concerning, traffic signal delays on the M23 junction 9.

    We’re aware of the issue and after inspector reviewed the location the traffic signals are working normally, currently this isn’t causing any safety concerns and work isn’t required.

    We will continue to monitor this and will arrange any work if the situation changes.
