Red aspect not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3764103.

Red aspect of secondary signal on nearside for traffic on the A322 roundabout not working. The exact location of the light is at top of M3A J3 'J' slip but actually on A322 / visible to traffic on roundabout, not slip road.

This has been like this for several months - NHTO and contractor vehicles regularly park up on the footpath here but nothing 'appears' to have been done about this failed lamp
