Unnecessary Outside lane closure sign causing distruption

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3761975.

Before the deep lane junction there is a sign signalling that the outside lanes are closed and to merge into single file. However these lanes are not closed and so massive traffic is being caused for no reason.
