Traffic light on exit sliproad now lighting on red

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3758636.

Upper traffic light on pole 1 not showing a red light. This could be a safety risk if there are vehicles obscuring the other lights for cars behind.
