M62 westbound slip road junction 11 sign obscured and faulty

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3753124.

On saturday 6th august 2022 at 15.42 hrs, this slip road entry speed digital warning sign was only showing one digit confusing passing motorists. the sign is also obscured by overgrown bushes and weeds. as part of this border may be the responsibilty of warrington b.c. i have sent a notice to "fix my sreet"
