Dangerous broken up road surface

The junction between the A1033 roundabout and Staithes Road is in extremely poor condition with multiple potholes/partially repaired/failed repairs and is now so bad it is a serious risk to motorcyclists.

Our inspectors have attended and report that the road surface on the roundabout itself is in good condition. However, they’ve noted that the approach roads, in particular Staithes Road, do require attention. These approach roads are off our network and are maintained by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
