Changes to traffic light signal phasing
Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 09:42, Tue 9 August 2022
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3740608.
The signal phasing on Grimston bar roundabout appears to have been changed, causing constant issue with traffic backing up on the roundabout.
The green signals when exiting the eastbound A64 sliproad to Grimston Bar are too long, which means traffic entering the roundabout from the A1079 or A166 and wishing to turn right towards Scarborough is getting stuck on the roundabout, potentially causing an obstruction.
Are there any plans to review this ?
