Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3734408.

Electronic message sign marked 2063B is unreadable and confusing. It is also very bright and dazzling at night. This has Had this issue for at least 3 weeks. There are more signs on the 61 with similar issues
