A38, Southbound. Spalling, possible loose concrete above live traffic. It is located on the North face of the concrete parapet.

This is definitely a spall on the North Face of the concrete parapet about L1 SB of the A38. When the sun shine onto it in the morning you can see the shadow of the spalled concrete not in contact with the parapet. It is hanging by the bottom and will fall on the carriageway.
