Filter traffic light not working

A23 Brighton Rd junction of Star Lane, Hooley. The southbound filter traffic light has stopped working allowing a safe movement turning from Brighton Rd, right into Star Lane.

  • A23 Brighton Rd junction of Star Lane, Hooley. The southbound filter traffic light has stopped working allowing a safe movement turning from Brighton Rd, right into Star Lane. People are having to get out of cars to tell others to move forward across the white line in order for the lights to register a car is waiting.
