Clippings obstructing pedestrian islands on J29 northbound slips

The two pedestrian islands on the M5 J29 northbound slip roads (on and off) to the north of the A30/west of M5 (What Three Words: /// have lots of grass clippings on them which is a slip and puncture hazard to cyclists using these shared crossings
