Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3728117.

On M25, Junction 8, the street lights aren't turned off and it is 15:00. I believe it should have been turned off by 06.30.

Just b4 junction 8, west boind, there is a large amount of water on thr motorway causing cars to have to suddenly reduce speed
