Overgrown verge obscuring oncoming traffic

When turning right from Westlake (by Endsleigh garden centre) onto the B3213 towards Ivybridge the overgrown verge is making it very difficult to see traffic coming towards the A38 slipway. They are often accelerating as are about to join the A38. It is very dangerous.
