Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
Overgrown grass impeding visibility after exiting Ball Lane and crossing dual carriageway to enter A449 Southbound. Due to the speed of vehicles in three lanes heading towards M54 Junction 2 there needs to be clear visibility for vehicles at this point.
Thank you for your report about the overgrown vegetation.
We have raised this with our inspectors to be investigated at the first possible opportunity.
Our inspector will review this to determine whether remedial work is required to make the area safe for the travelling public.
Although we always try to respond to these reports in the quickest time possible, we would ask that anything of a safety critical nature be raised with our Customer Contact Centre directly. They are available 24 hours a day, on 0300 123 5000. This will ensure we process any such report as soon as it is received.

Lovely This long grass will give plenty of cover for the overworked national highways worker to relax with a cold drink, watching the clock countdown before they clock off after another strenuous day skiving
