Barrier in tree branches

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 11:31, Sun 31 July 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3719461.

An orange safety barrier has been thrown into the trees on the footpath leading from the A38 to Greenwich Drive South, adjacent street light AL306.

The light may also not be working at night, as the photocell sensor appears to be missing.
