Very noisey

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3714818.

Last Thursday evening around 9pm there was a lot of noise coming from the M3 and every time a large vehicle went passed it would shake the house! Not sure if there was something in the road or road works going on. I understand the house could shake from time to time next to a motorway but this was every two minutes

  • Thank you for your report concerning vibrations on the M3. We’re aware of a surfacing issue in this area, and have received a large amount of correspondence from local residents regarding vibrations and noise as a result of this problem. We're using these reports to identify areas to prioritise for an emergency resurfacing scheme which will take place the weekend of 6 August. Thank you for your report and assistance in planning this project.
