Surrey County Council have a report of damaged fencing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3708916.

End of Brackendale Close, Frimley there is access to FP198 that leads over the motorway footbridge. But she has been told there is a fencegate that borders the motorway itself to allow access across the motorway has been broken and is currently open

    Unfortunately, we can't find the reported fence based on the information provided. We recommend that you contact our Customer Contact Centre with further information, preferably including photos of the area. It may be that the fence in question isn't a National Highways asset, which is why it doesn't show up in our systems. However, we welcome further information and can assure you that we will repair any broken fencing under our responsibility that we can find.
