Tarpauling

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3708631.

Loose tarpoling on m5 just before junction 20 clevedon junction, southbound on the “high low” but it came on to my husband’s windscreen and he pulled over to hard shoulder to remove. Tarpauling then fell down (my husband wanted to remove it but it blew away and fell down) don’t want it to cause an issue later on
