Incomplete works to cattle grid

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3707204.

Recently completed works to Cattle Grid left in dangerous condition. Fencing to cheeks of grid only put on one side meaning any animal can step over corner of grid and access the fast flowing A31 with the potential to cause a major incident.
