Box junction markings need repainting as they are clearly not bright enough...

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3693821.

People constantly blocking this box junction after jumping the amber light (travelling west) and getting stuck, preventing traffic from filtering down the A24 and causing gridlock on an already crowded roundabout/road

You'd make an absolute fortune if you put a box junction camera here to fine people blocking the junction (a red light camera would also catch a fair few motorists...)

  • Thank you for your report concerning the faded box junction markings.

    We're currently designing a resurfacing scheme 'A27 Grove Lodge to Sompting' with construction planned for January 2023 when all marking will be refreshed.
