Tarmac damaged around manhole cover.

Reported via desktop in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 12:32, Wed 20 July 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3690433.

I cycled passed this area this morning 20/7 and noticed how raised this manhole cover was, as car tyres were catching on the edge. Looks like the tarmac melted in yesterdays heat and has been knocked out of place around the cover. It was on the south side of the road which runs alongside the college. Hopefully my memory serves me correctly and i have pinpointed it exactly. If I haven't it was definitely on the downhill section from Offington roundabout going towards Grove lodge roundabout and i'm certain it was before the pedestrian bollards.
