This problem is still not fixed over 2 weeks later. There is significant risk of a Road Traffic Collision here. As a regular user of this roundabout, if a large vehicle is in the 2nd or 3rd lane, and blocking the only working traffic light, it is impossible to see the red signal. This should be a high priority to fix immediately

The sequencing for the lights on the Winnal roundabout seems to have been set by a student on work experience during the summer holidays - during the second two weeks in August to be precise. Rather than have the majority of traffic queuing on the approaches to the roundabout, they seem to have set the lights so that the traffic queues directly on the roundabout, causing a higher risk of accident, or at least, higher chances of gridlock. Please could a grown-up with knowledge of the previous logical sequencing reset these lights? It would be much appreciated. Thank you.
