Speed camera and sign wrong

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3686039.

I cannot be exact on location but a pair of cameras has just flashed us and several vehicles when we were not speeding leading westbound to junction 9 on M27. Several hundred yards further up the road the overhead sign showed a lane out but nothing was actually going on? This should not be happening. There were no signs telling anyone to reduce speed???? How to I deal with this to not get fined when I was not speeding???
