I saw a car access the north travelling A46 from The Parks road down an embankment and cause a car to break suddenly. The access is from The Parks just off Offenham Road in Evesham. A regular track has been made on to the North A46 carriageway near the Offenham Road bridge over the A46 from The Parks.

Thank you. The Police are not interested as they would have to witness an act. Who is responsible for the broken/removed fence that allows cars to the access this road?

I have spoken to police again who state the agency is responsible for maintaining the road and land adjacent. I assume this will mean the broken fence/wire which has allowed this illegal road to be made.
