Excessive traffic on junction 9 M27 - all directions

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3674501.

4 weeks ago there was no problems with traffic on junction 9 of the M27 but then all of a sudden there is excessive traffic from all directions and for all exits around 5pm. I realise that this is rush hour and there has been road works going on all over the roundabout but this was never an issue before. Have the traffic light timings been changed or something? 4 weeks ago it took me approx 6 mins to get from my work (Segensworth west) onto the M27 - now if I am lucky it takes 15 mins. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?
