Unusual road vibration

I frequently travel across the Shoreham flyover, in both free flowing and stop-start traffic, but this evening I noted a fairly large oscillation on the westbound carriageway at the western end. My whole car was moving, and as I have never experienced this on this piece of road before I thought I ought to report it in case there is an issue. It was a vertical oscillation and possibly initiated by two coaches joining from the slip road. Eastbound traffic was light, westbound heavy and slow moving/stationary.
