Traffic light either not on green for long enough, or they are out of sync

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 10:13, Tue 12 July 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3669781.

Traffic lights either not on green for long enough, or they are out of sync. This issue has been ongoing for months even before the road works on the viaduct. problem says resolved and is ok for a day or two and then the problem starts again. 30 minutes to enter and get round the roundabout is not acceptable.

Updates

  • Here we are again!! From 7.30am this morning the whole area has been at a stand still, absolute chaos. One of my colleagues entered the viaduct southbound at 8am and arrived at work on Shepcote Lane at 10.30. The lights on the roundabout are horrendous. These complaints have been ongoing for months, please sort it once and for all.
