Northbound slip road closure evening 8/7

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3662646.

No advanced signing of closure and no diversion signing. Closure with cones could easily have allowed traffic into slip road closure because it was unclear if the slip road was in fact shut. The TM crew do not comply with requirements in regards to coning and signing. This is not the first time that this has happened. Who authorised their tm??
