Barriers still in place after roadworks completed

Reported via desktop in the Roadworks (NH) category anonymously at 10:49, Tue 5 July 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3649999.

Just wondered why the barriers on the Westward direction of the A14/A11 at Junction 37 are still in place ? All the work looks to be completed (apart from a small section with no crash barriers between the two sides) there are no workers present for over 3 weeks now. There are lengthy queues here every day that must be costing the economy hundreds of thousands of £'s...the work is done please get the road flowing to its full capacity.
