Cats Eyes of No use whatsoever

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3624099.

Drove home to Horley late last night along the A23 from the A23/A27 junction to the beginning of M23 section where street lights began and the cats eyes along this entire section where of no use what-so-ever.
