Light Timings causing major traffic issues

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
The traffic lights from Broadgate onto Broadway and Broadway onto the M60 Junction 21 /22 both directions, seem to be out of timing. This is causing massive tailbacks down Broadgate and delays of a minimum of 25-30 minutes.
Thank you for contacting National Highways.
We have passed your report regarding traffic light timing to our electrical inspection team who will review the issue as part of their next safety check.
We'll raise a job for any remedial repair required.
Kind regards National Highways

This issue has been going on for 2 weeks now and is causing delays of aproximartely 30 minutes to get onto the M60 towards Bury from Broadgate. This is causing impatience and is dangerous as some cars become desperate and cut in as they are left stranded in the left lane, trying to get into the right lane. This is causing childcare issues as journey times have massively increased.

Traffic lights change quickly therefore only 2 cars get through each time, this then backs up the traffic onto Broadgate causing delays that can be prevented.

Traffic lights change quickly enabling only 2/3 cars get through each time. Traffic builds up onto Broadgate and results long delays as well as lots of annoyed road users! This issue has been causing delays for the last couple of weeks especially during peak times 5-6pm. 30 minutes to travel less than half a mile is becoming increasingly frustrating!

Box junction of A663 and Broadgate / M60 J21 often ignored, causing congestion and standing traffic. Yellow box junction lines need painting again.
