Access track running alongside the m27 from Fontley road Farehsm

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3613273.

The is a river running alongside the m27 in a dip that borders the access track for our fields and your access to the motorway above via a stairway.. The vegetation has gown approx 4ft from the fence making access difficult to get vehicles down the track. Also there are thick black cables running along the fence which have come detached in places and although we have managed to clear some back we are worried about damaging the cables. Please can you help.
