Traffic light not functioning properly

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

This problem remains and means queuing traffic for 20 minutes from Hawkhurst to get through the junction. Totally unacceptable. Adding to pollution, journey times fuel useage etc etc. Why has this not been sorted out? Ongoing since 14th June.
