Reported via desktop in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 09:16, Sat 18 June 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3605522.

The pathway on the slip road B3213 SOUTH bound is severely overgrown making it impossible for locals and the public to walk SAFELY along to path in both directions considering its a major road this area needs to be addressed. In places pedestrians have to step out into the road or into the hedges for people to pass each other. hedges and pathway need to be cut back and area needs improving.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the overgrown vegetation.

Our Inspection team have been to the location and advise that the footpath on the two way traffic part of the road is the responsibility of the local authority. We've no footpaths on the westbound slip at Ivybridge.

Could we please ask that you contact them to resolve.

Contact details for local authorities can be found by using the search facility at: www.gov.uk/find-your-local-council.
