Sucken man hole cover - very bad condition caused a loud bang on my car

Sucken man hole cover could cause an accident very soon - will cause a motorbike to loose control.

Can hear lorrys going over it every 2 minutes causing a loud bang

Off jct 8 off the M62 heading into the omega business park on the bend/ skyline drive

Has been like this for around a week
