Acceptable levels as per Debra Requirements

Reported via mobile in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 15:26, Wed 15 June 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3599087.

Can you expand further on what you apparently deem as acceptable levels of litter? What a shambolic reply, and it is so evident why all major roads throughout the network is absolutely covered in litter. Please also stop adding to this litter by dumping all your road traffic equipment everywhere once any road works have long been completed. Please arrange litter picking at the previous report.
