Roadworks complaint sent to East Sussex Highways

I wanted to express my exasperation at the road works in Eastbourne and Polegate. I drive to work every day through the new system. I was driving that way before the road works and have experienced two years of delays and frustration only for the traffic to be no different now the road works have finished. What a waste of money and time and I have to say it has caused me a huge amount of stress and has had a negative impact on my mental health. It seems that this road system was designed by someone who has no experience of regularly using these roads. In the future maybe a consolation with the actual road users might be wise
