4 deep channels have been cut across the westbound off slip road - at the start of the off-slip from the main carriage way. the channels are aprox 15cm wide and between 5-10 cm deep - the deepest is the closest to the roundabout.

The channels are deep enough to cause wheel buckling/ tyre damage.

You have lane closures citing workforce in road and closing 3 of the slower lanes. There are no workforce and traffic is speeding and slowing. This is dangerous herding traffic into one lane for no reason the limit went from 50 to 40 for no reason. As this was the fast lane and there was no workforce I maintained a speed of around 46-48 as undertaken at one point. I then got flashed by a camera. I would like to know why the lane closure was not there in case I get an unfair ticket. No road works between j5 until j9
