Reported via mobile in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 13:55, Mon 13 June 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3592606.

The bridge crossing the M6 ( pope lane bridge ) between junction 31 and 31a has been vandalised. Two large metal sheets have been removed and thrown over onto embankment ( safely at the top.of the embankment and can be retrieved and 're attached ) the mesh has also become detached at various points across the bridge and people can snag themselves on the mesh. Children and dogs can now access the carriageway through the gaps created by vandals! The damage is apparently three.months old .
