Trees growing on top of retaining wall.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3584551.

The trees are sending roots down the rear face of the retaining wall. Danger that the trees will damage the integrity of the wall Was addressed previously but the tree stumps not treated with a suitable product.
