Overgrown central reservation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3582038.

The grass on the central reservation is so over grown that if you are in a car you have to stop at the junction to be able to see the approaching traffic on the roundabout. It is hard see cars and practically impossible to see a bicycle.
